My experience includes secretarial/administrative assistant, Office Manager, sales, and customer service, with the last 7 years as stay-at-home mom to my 3 children, who are now all of school age. For the past couple years, while staying home, I also worked as a private contractor for the United States government, more specifically the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, transcribing confidential audio and video files for the prosecution of federal cases. I am ready to jump back into the workforce and desire a fast paced position that can provide me with a challenge!
I am beyond proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and also am knowledgeable with all office equipment. I am a self-starter, love a challenge, and am excellent with establishing ongoing customer relations. I am highly organized, a bit of a perfectionist, and thrive on the ability to continuously learn. I am also excellent with time management, and am certified in transcription.
