I have the drive, focus, energy, stamina and strength to lead our team by example yet I have 17+ years experience in all aspects of management such as logistics, employee management, production, manufacturing, inventory and quality control to not only meet but exceed our companies goals. I also have extensive experience in managing the following departments: Assembly line, Warehouse, Sales teams, Respiratory Therapy, Customer service, Dietitians as well as P&amp;amp;L and all aspects of a dynamic business with many moving parts. My forte is building a great team from the ground up. I interview, hire, mentor, promote from within and cultivate winning results. I excel in building teams and processes in new or operationally challenged companies. I also love a challenge and thrive in a fast paced environment. I have managed some truly dynamic fortune 500 companies. I learn quick and can adapt to any processes or policies. I also assess and implement new and improved processes to be a safer, more efficient company. There is an aspect to management which is universal then there is learning a particular company’s processes. I feel that I excel in both. I also bring my own, time tested and proven methods to managing that has made me very successful with some of the largest centers and companies in the United States.
