My name is Nikita Singh, and I’m currently a 4th year dental student at Texas A&M Health and Science Center, formerly known as Baylor College of Dentistry. I am seeking a position as an associate in a dental practice. My goal is to find a practice where my personality, goals and values match those of the practice seamlessly. I’d like to be part of a professional, time-efficient, and friendly team who cares about the success of the practice as well as the health, care, and time of the patients. I wish to not only treat the patients for the problems they present, but also evaluate the underlying etiology and educate them or their parents about how to prevent recurring problems in the future. I want to enable and empower my patients, as well as the team within the practice. As a leader, I aim to be a firm yet patient and understanding where the staff and patients feel comfortable looking to me for help and guidance. I have the patience, essential knowledge, and reasoning capabilities to enhance a practice as well as create long-lasting relationships with the patients. I’m easy-going and friendly in my personality, however, I’m planned, prepared, and careful with my work so that I can provide the best care while satisfying the patient’s wants and needs. The environment that I strive to be a part of, I’ve been able to create with my patients, peers, and doctors at school, therefore I am confident that I will be able to achieve these aspirations within a practice.
