Easy Dental Care                            Gainesville, VA                                 May 2014-May 2017
Former owner and General Dentist in private practice with state-of-the-art facility.  Completed design and build-out of ~1725 square foot office including 5 fully equipped operatories.  Focused on achieving high production from dental implants and the use of in-office financing options for patients across all income spectrums.  Scope of practice included General Dentistry, implant placement and restoration, orthodontics, removable prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics.

Essence Dental Care                       District Heights, MD                      August 2012-September 2015
Served as the highest producing (~ $1 Million per year) General Dentist in an office grossing over $2.5 Million per year in collections on a 4-day per week schedule, seeing 75% Medicaid patients.  Practiced General Dentistry with a scope of practice that included implant placement and restoration, endodontics, oral surgery, and removable and fixed prosthodontics.  Received advanced training and experience (over 300 cases) with CEREC same-day restorations.

Practiced General Dentistry in a patient population that included Fee-for-Service, PPO, and Medicaid patients, with a heavy emphasis on oral surgery and pediatric dentistry.  Was responsible for 65% of all practice collections.
