Dental Hygienist Position

 I am writing this letter to express my interest in your current opening for a Dental Hygienist position. I would like the opportunity to grow, learn and build a positive work rapport with your company.  I currently hold the position of an Orthopedic Technician. My current role allows me to assist and communicate with patients in a professional office environment. I am also in the Navy Reserves where I do intraoral and extraoral exams for military personnel coming back and going on deployment.

 While in dental hygiene school I received extensive training in working with dental instruments, scaling and root planning, coronal polishing, studying model impressions, taking and developing radiographs, managing patient records, patient education, monitoring nitrous oxide, periodontal charting, and appointment scheduling.

I am dependable, hardworking and motivated. I am confident that my skills will be valuable assets to your company.
