In 2003 I graduated with honors from St. Louis Community College’s Dental Hygiene program. After working seven years as a dental hygienist, I received with honors a bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Southeast Missouri State University. Throughout my career I have worked as a temporary hygienist in addition to working in permanent hygiene positions. In the past several years while raising my children, I have worked “as needed” for various dentists and have enjoyed filling in for vacation days, sick time and maternity leaves. I am currently seeking to procure multiple part-time or one full-time position due to a change in my family situation.

Professionally I have been involved with the Greater Saint Louis Dental Hygiene Association. In past years I assumed different roles such as board member, President (2006-2007), Immediate Past President (2008-2009), committee chair for the newsletter, membership and public relations committees. These experiences have been invaluable to my professional growth.
