I came across the job advertisement for the position available and I am very interested in it. I have been working for more than 12 yrs. in the customer service field for different companies /corporations, more than 2 yrs. for fast food restaurants, more than 2 yrs. for retail as a sales representative, more than 6 yrs. in the dental field as front office and then came across to be an office manager for more than 2 yrs.
I achieved very important goals in my business career. I am currently awaiting on becoming an Accountant and also my Business Management Bachelor’s Degree. My responsibilities on most of the jobs were involved mostly with Supervisor/management services, customer service, dental billing, medical public relations/marketing, the accounts section or as called data entry of each company(customers, patients information) (HIPAA), also I did training for employees (OSHA & HIPAA, front and back office) financial advising, treatment plans, sales, money handle, accounts payable, aging reports, etc. I make sure that all the business operations run smooth without any hindrance, in addition to this, I performed tracked of daily sales, financial goals, patient / customer production, collections, managed medical and financial records, handle several phone lines for telemarketing and scheduling. Nevertheless, I am adept and well equipped to other responsibilities such as handling matters including recruitment, coaching and development or disciplinary reviews and other performance appraisals. I am great with multitasking and have a positive and friendly attitude to work in any office or/and corporation, business.
