This is staff driven practice, meaning that the team makes the way for the doctor to move toward productivity and effective time spent with patients. The practice philosophy is based on service to others. It creates an irresistible environment of trust and good will. Our patient base is mostly retirees, and yet families comprise a surprising number of patients. This is an environment with patients who have great financial resources, as well as patients at the low end of the economic spectrum. The people who become patients are seeking high level health and follow through on treatment plans. Our practice is attractive to those with high expectations for dental care delivery and personal interaction. This is a Fee for Service practice & Implants have become a large portion of this practice. The placement and restoration of dental implants has become a source of clinical satisfaction and financial reward. We are enabled by this financial strength of the practice, to be generous with the less fortunate neighbors in our area, at our discretion. Ultimately, Partnership is desired, with growth envisioned within this practice and potentially other practice locations.
